Reasons and treatment methods for large temperature fluctuations during the use of impact specimen low-temperature chamber

The impact test low-temperature chamber is a newly developed refrigeration equipment based on the requirements for low-temperature devices in GB/T229 "Charpy Pendulum Impact Test Method for Metallic Materials", used for cooling and constant temperature of impact specimens. If there is a large temperature fluctuation during the use of the impact test low-temperature chamber, there are generally three reasons:

1. There is too little ethanol in the cooling tank, and ethanol needs to be added to the tank.

2. Excluding the first reason, check whether the mixing motor is operating normally. If it cannot operate normally, the circuit or mixing motor needs to be repaired.

3. If both of the above are normal, it is necessary to check whether the PID parameters of the temperature control meter are correct. If they are not correct, they need to be reset.
