GBC-60W Computer Control Deep Drawing Cups Testing Machine
The deep drawing cupping test machine is a precision equipment for conducting process tests on metal sheets and strips. It can use the national standard GB/T 4156-2007 "Erikson cupping test for metal sheets and strips" to test the plastic deformation performance of metal sheets and strips during the test process, and can also use GB5125-85 "Non ferrous metal cupping test method" to test the anisotropy of non-ferrous metal sheets.
The main structure of the microcomputer controlled cup protrusion testing machine developed by Liangong is as follows: the sample clamping device adopts a hydraulic loading system, which can be operated automatically or manually. The host consists of an oil pump, an overflow valve, a working oil cylinder, a pressure sensor, etc. Through electrical control, the entire process from automatic clamping of the sample to display the cup protrusion value and maintain the completion of the test can be achieved. Punching load is achieved through servo motors, reduction systems, high-precision ball screws, etc. This structure has the advantages of easy control of loading speed, uniform loading of punching force, high measurement accuracy of displacement (cup protrusion value), and convenient microcomputer automation control.
The working principle of this deep drawing cup testing machine is to first start the oil pump, and the pumped oil flows through the directional valve (two position four-way electromagnetic directional valve), then through the speed control valve to the clamping cylinder, pushing the large piston up to clamp the sample by the clamping mold. The overflow valve is adjusted to control the clamping force at a certain value, and the excess oil flows through the electromagnetic valve to the oil tank; When punching, click start through the control software. At this time, the servo motor drives the synchronous belt pulley through the reducer to move the crossbeam up through the screw, pushing the stamping rod up to complete the entire test process. If there are cracks in the sample and the peak value drops, the testing machine will automatically stop and reset. And the clamping force, test force, and test curve can all be displayed in real-time on the computer.
The cup protrusion depth (cup protrusion value), which refers to the depth at which the punch is pressed into the test piece, is displayed digitally. It is achieved by transmitting a linear mechanical displacement through an electrical signal to a microcomputer through a high-precision displacement sensor for "analog-to-digital" conversion processing, and finally displaying it in digital form. The reading accuracy can reach 0.01mm.
