Ferritic steel drop hammer impact testing machine that meets the GB6803-2008 standard

The JL-3000 drop hammer impact testing machine is developed and manufactured by Liangong to meet the requirements of GB6803-2008 "Drop hammer test method for non plastic transition temperature of ferritic steel" ASTM E208 Standard Test Method for Conducting Drop-Weight Test to Determine Nil-Ductility Transition Temperature of Ferritic Steels Standard drop hammer impact testing machine. Mainly used to determine the non plastic transition temperature of ferritic steel (including plates, profiles, cast steel, and forged steel). The non plastic transition temperature refers to the highest temperature at which a standard specimen fractures when tested according to relevant standards. It characterizes the highest temperature at which steel containing small cracks undergoes brittle fracture under dynamic loading yield stress. The experimental method is to lift a hammer of a certain mass to a certain height, and then release it from rest. The hammer falls freely and impacts the surface of the specimen, thereby dynamically loading the specimen.

The main technical parameters of the hammer impact testing machine are:

1. Impact energy: within 3000J

3. Impact height: 2500mm

4. Hammer mass: 120kg (optional input), basic hammer weight: 50 kg

5. Quality error: ± 0.3%

6. Hammer lifting speed: approximately 9.6m/min

7. Elevation error: ≤ ±1%

8. Height measurement resolution: 0.1mm

9. Deviation between the center of the hammer blade, the center of the specimen, and the center of the support: ± 1mm
