Equipment Usage
The testing machine is mainly used for materials compressive strength test. it is composed of three major units: a servo electric host, a controller, and a computer control system, which can fully meet the requirements of uniform loading rate and displacement rate in the test, and effectively solves the closed-loop control mode of specimen loading. Equipped with necessary fixtures, it can also perform constant velocity loading compressive strength tests on materials such as bricks, tiles, and stones.

Product functions:
(1) Measurement and control system, operating software, and data processing system:
Advanced chip integration technology, professionally designed data acquisition and amplification system, with advantages such as high integration, stability, reliability, and convenient use. The control software can display real-time test parameters such as test force, peak test force, time interval, test force-time, displacement-time, and force-displacement curve. After the test is completed, the test results can be processed, stored, and printed according to relevant requirements, while also having the function of data recording and simulation reproduction during the test process. The sample can also be subjected to long-term constant pressure testing.
(2) Microcomputer system:
Lenovo brand microcomputer (including: host, 19 inch LCD display, standard keyboard and mouse, large capacity hard disk) is used as the host to complete the functions of setting, data collection, calculation processing, displaying and printing test results for the entire machine test; Equipped with a dedicated English version intelligent testing software package for testing machines, it can measure and judge various performance parameters of various material tests based on national standards, international standards, or user provided standards, and perform statistical and processing of data; Then output test reports and test curves in various required formats.
