XMJ-1000 Helmet Impact Penetration Testing Machine

1, Introduction

As a kind of labor protection tool for protecting industrial workers' life and health and production safety, helmets are widely used in construction, aerial work, mining operations, lifting operations, engineering operations and motorcycle driving. It is especially important to meet the physical and technical performance indicators of helmets. This machine is specially designed to test the impact resistance of helmets and to conduct penetration resistance tests.

XMJ-1000 helmet impact penetration test machine independently developed by our company is easy to operate, safe and reliable. The machine is equipped with a protective conduit to prevent the hammer from jumping and hurting. The bottom shield prevents the helmet from being damaged after splashing. The measures such as the release of the drop hammer when the electromagnet is energized are greatly improved the safety of the test machine operator.
