Usage and Characteristics
The equipment is used to test anti-impact performance of metal material under dynamic load to judge the quality of material under dynamic load. Using the large torque clutch and high power motor, which makes it more stable and no vibration while taking and releasing the pendulum.
The use difference between the potential energy before impact and the remaining energy after the impact displayed in the dial on the way, to get absorbed power sample. The maximum impact energy is 300J, and with one 150J pendulum hammer, with the cross-section of the sample of (10 * 10)mm.
This machine is low temperature impact test machine.

The low temperature part adopts the cascade type compressor refrigeration technology, using the principle of thermal balance and circulation stirring mode, reach to the specimen automatic uniform cooling, constant temperature and temperature regulation. 
Equipped with special sample automatic feeding device, adopts the method of end location to the samples to ensure sample centering, to make sure the time from low temperature to impact test is less than 4 seconds, improving test precision and work efficiency. Sample cooling, constant temperature, temperature regulation, swing, hang send samples, positioning, impact are electrical automatic control, automatic completion. Use of the surplus energy can be automatically raise the pendulum after breaking samples; can embody its superiority during the continuous impact test.
So it demonstrate sits superiority in continuous low temperature impact test lab and departments such as metallurgy, machinery manufacturing plants.
