Contact current collector impact testing machine that meets TB/T 1842.3 and TJ/CL 328 standards

Commissioned by a high-speed railway accessory customer, Liangong Testing Machine Factory has developed and customized a testing equipment for measuring the impact characteristics of the contact current collector shoe wall plate weak connection device used in high-speed railway and bullet train - the special impact testing machine for current collector. 

The impact testing machine has stable performance, advanced technology and high cost performance! Meet the impact characteristics requirements of the automatic pantograph lowering sensing device in section 6.12 of the national standards TB/T 1842.3-2002 "Electric Locomotive Pantograph Sliding Plate Part 3: Carbon Sliding Plate" and TJ/CL 328-2014 "Provisional Technical Conditions for Carbon Sliding Plate of High speed Train".

The specialized impact testing machine for current collectors adopts electrical control to automatically swing, impact, and release, which is easy to operate and has high work efficiency. After breaking the sample, use the remaining energy to automatically swing and prepare for the next impact test. In order to facilitate customer use, an adjustable support seat for the weak connection device of the contact collector shoe wall panel has been designed: the installation height and carbon skateboard impact center can be adjusted according to the size of the contact collector shoe wall panel.
