GWCJ-60 aluminum alloy heat insulation profile high temperature endurance testing machine
The GWCJ-60 aluminum alloy heat insulation profile high temperature endurance testing machine is used to test the GB/T 28289-2012 "Aluminum alloy heat insulation profile composite performance test method" and its mandatory verification item "High temperature endurance load test of heat insulation profile". Six series of samples can be made at the same time, ranging from 10-25 pieces per series according to the sample size, with a maximum load of 6kN. After adding the high temperature permanent load longitudinal shear test performance test tool according to the actual needs of customers, the high temperature permanent load longitudinal shear test of the thermal insulation profile can be completed, which varies from 4 to 6 pieces per string according to the size of the sample.
Technical parameter
1. Chamber size: 1575*400*1150mm (width*depth*height);
2. Temperature range: room temperature to high temperature 100℃;
3. Temperature accuracy: 0.3%;
4. The temperature fluctuation is: ±1ºC;
5. Temperature gradient: ≤±1.5℃;
6. Temperature uniformity: ±2ºC;
7. Heating rate: 1~3℃/min;
8. Power supply: 380V 50Hz;
9. The heating method is cyclic heating of hot air, and the heating body is not allowed to directly radiate the sample to avoid excessive local temperature; there is a lighting device inside and an observation window on the front of the box;
10. The sample connecting plate should be heat treated, with a hardness greater than 45HRC, a thickness greater than 6mm, and a width greater than 60% of the aluminum cavity width
