The machine is designed with a complete and reliable safety protection system, including: protective net, hook in place detection, power failure protection, upper limit protection.
1. Protective net: A protective net is provided in the four directions of the main anvil to prevent the flying object from injuring people.
2. Detection of hook in place: The self-locking hook of the machine has high self-locking property from the structural principle. In order to further improve its safety, the machine is equipped with a detection device beside the lock cylinder for judging whether the hook is in place. If the hook is not in place, the lift motor will not move in the direction of the lift hammer.
3 Power-off protection: When a certain part of the host fails or needs to be disassembled, once the protective net is open, the electrical control system of the machine will be in a stop state and will not accept any instructions.
4. The upper limit safety system is composed of photoelectric encoder and mechanical limit switch. The lifting stroke of the machine is large.
