The basic structure of the JLS-100 light alloy wheel radial drop hammer impact tester


The JLS-100 type light alloy wheel radial impact tester is a testing device developed and manufactured by Jinan Liangong for the drop weight impact test of light alloy wheels of motorcycles and mopeds. The test impact energy can be adjusted within the range of 29J-290J. 

The method is: 

(1) Change the lifting height of the falling weight; 

(2) Increase or decrease the standard counterweight.


Basic structure

      Host system: It is composed of round sliding column and frame type frame, base, buffer device, wheel radial support system, drop hammer lifting mechanism, hanging hammer mechanism, safety protection device, etc.

       (1) The frame is composed of a base, a top plate, a column, a circular sliding column, a steel wire rope, and a pulley. The mechanism of falling hammer and hanging off hammer slides up and down along its sliding column.

       (2) Wheel radial support system: a support that supports the wheel sample.

       (3) Buffer device: installed on the outer side of the two sliding columns on the base, it is used to absorb the remaining energy after the falling hammer breaks the sample.

       (4) Drop hammer: It is composed of hammer body, impact hammer blade, counterweight weight, hook, etc. The weight of the falling weight can be increased or decreased according to the thickness of the sample.

       (5) Hanging and removing hammer mechanism: It is composed of moving beam and hook electromagnet. This mechanism ascends or descends along the spool to complete the lifting of the hammer and the release of the hammer.

      (6) Lifting mechanism of the drop hammer: This part is installed above the main frame, and is connected with the hanging hammer mechanism through the geared motor, the winding roller, the steel wire rope and the pulley on the top of the frame.

      (7) Safety protection device:

       Safety protection net: The protection net is a fully enclosed protection net fixed on the base of the mainframe, with front and rear opening and closing doors, which can be opened or closed at any time to facilitate sample installation and maintenance. The function of the protective net is to prevent the broken sample from flying out and injure the staff, and to prevent non-workers from entering the drop hammer operating space and causing accidents.
