The impact sample notch projector is a special optical instrument dedicated to checking the processing quality of Charpy V and U-shaped impact specimen notches, which is designed and developed according to the actual needs of the majority of domestic users and the requirements of the impact sample notch in GB / T229 and ASTM E23-02a. To determine whether the notched processing of the impact sample being tested is qualified, its advantages are simple operation, intuitive inspection and comparison, and high efficiency.
At present, there are two types of impact sample notch projectors in the market: one is the CST-50 GB impact sample notch projector that meets the requirements of the national standard, and the other is the impact sample notch projector that meets the requirements of the US / European standards. The difference between the two is that they meet different test standards. On the one hand, the detection accuracy is different, on the other hand, the structure of the equipment is different. Compared with the national standard equipment, the American standard impact sample notch projector developed by Jinan Liangong has a marked scale on the screen, and is marked with tolerance band, angle value and depth line, which can accurately read the notch error.
