Liangong Compression testing machine series
The compression testing machine developed by Liangong is mainly used to test the compressive performance of materials. Different sample materials require different equipment.
At present,these are mainly divided into the following types:
1 YAW series fully automatic compression testing machine (200T, 300T)
The machine is controlled by a microcomputer and automatically completes the test process with constant speed loading. It can be used when landing smoothly and horizontally. The commonly used maximum force is 200 tons and 300 tons, mainly used for compressive strength testing of building materials such as rocks, concrete, cement products, hollow bricks, fly ash bricks, refractory materials, engineering materials, stone materials, rubber bearings, etc. It is an essential equipment for laboratories in industries such as highways, railways, bridges, construction, building materials, and colleges.
2 YAW-300B computer control hydraulic compression testing machine
This testing machine is an electro-hydraulic servo compression testing machine with force closed-loop control, which has constant stress control and load holding functions. This testing machine is suitable for compressive strength testing of cement, concrete, and rock. It has the characteristics of stable and reliable operation, high adaptability to the environment, and high resolution and accuracy.
3 YAW-300C computer control hydraulic flexural and compression testing machine
The measurement and control system of this machine adopts high-precision digital servo valves with force closed-loop control function, which can achieve equal load rate loading or equal stress rate loading. The control accuracy is high and the reliability is good, fully meeting the requirements of GB/T 17671 " Test Method Cement Mortar Strength (ISO Method)". It uses computer to achieve electronic measurement, automatically complete compressive strength tests, automatically calculate and print reports, and is widely used in the construction industry and cement production enterprises.
4 YAW-E series computer control electronic flexural and compression testing machine
This testing machine is mainly used for flexural/compressive strength testing of materials. It consists of three main units: a servo electric host and controller, and a computer control system. It can fully meet the requirements of uniform loading rate and uniform displacement rate in the test, and effectively solves the closed-loop control mode of specimen loading. Necessary fixtures (clamps) can be configured, and constant speed loading bending/compressive strength tests can also be conducted on materials such as bricks, carbon, and stone.
5 JYAW series manhole cover compression testing machine
The testing machine adopts a high-precision electro-hydraulic servo valve controlled by a microcomputer, drives a precision bidirectional hydraulic cylinder, and automatically controls the testing force, displacement and deformation in multiple modes, completing the testing and inspection of various materials and specifications of manhole covers, grates, and water grate covers.
6 GYB-2000 Steel Pipe Flattening Testing Machine
This machine is specifically designed for compressive strength testing of steel pipe flattening tests. Fully comply with the GB/T246 standard for the flattening test method of metal material tubes. 7 LGYJ series computer control electro-hydraulic servo compression shear testing machine

8 YAW-6A autoclaved aerated concrete slab structural performance testing platform
This test bench is mainly used for testing the structural performance of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs used in civil and industrial buildings. Regarding the concentrated force quarter point loading test method, the test specimens can meet the requirements of Appendix B of GB/T15762 "Autoclaved Aerated Concrete slabs".
9 YAW-300S fully automatic exhaust duct compression testing machine
This testing machine is mainly used for compressive strength testing of finished flue products, with the execution standard being JG/T194.
10 CMT series cardboard box compression testing machine
Suitable for compressive strength testing and stacking strength testing of various types of corrugated cardboard boxes, its performance parameters and technical indicators comply with standards such as ISO2872 "Packaging. Complete, filled transport packages. 11 LGPY series sponge foam fatigue compression testing machine
It is mainly used for reciprocating compression test of foam polymer materials to determine the residual deformation rate. From this, we can understand the dynamic fatigue characteristics of the material. The number of tests, display force values, and impact frequency can be freely set, and the whole machine is easy to operate and maintain. High reliability. It can meet the requirements for fatigue performance test of sponge foam in QC/T850-2011, QJQ7001-2011 and ASTM3574 standards.
12 LGYX series sponge foam indentation hardness tester
Sponge specific testing, meeting the tensile and compression testing of non-metallic materials, measuring the tensile strength, tear strength, and elongation of composite sponge test pieces, testing functions and data processing for "static deflection, indentation hardness index, indentation hardness characteristics, indentation hardness inspection, damping and resilience, headrest hardness, headrest sinking amount, etc." of car and motorcycle seats.
